Terms of sale
1. Purpose
These terms apply to any order placed on dumoiausoi.com with Stéphane Vandenwyngaert – Du Moi au Soi (contact details in the legal notice). Placing an order implies accepting them.
2. Product and price
Tajallī – L’Origine is a box of 44 cards reproducing original paintings, together with its booklet. Its price is €40 including VAT per box. Shipping costs are added to the price. They depend on the country, the number of boxes and the delivery method, and are shown before payment.
3. Pre-order and delivery time
Tajallī – L’Origine is sold as a pre-order: payment is made when ordering and delivery is planned in December 2026. By ordering, you accept this delivery time. In case of delay, you will be informed by email. If delivery does not take place within the announced time, you may cancel your order and obtain a full refund of the amounts paid.
4. Order and payment
You choose the number of boxes, the country and the delivery method, then proceed to payment. Payment is secured by Stripe. The order is final once payment is confirmed, which is confirmed to you by email.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made by Mondial Relay or bpost, to a Point Relais, a pick-up point or your home, depending on the countries offered when ordering. For another country, a request can be sent using the form on the order page. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and pick-up point provided. A parcel not collected within the carrier’s time limit is returned to the sender: a new shipment is then at your expense.
6. Damaged or lost parcel
A damaged parcel must be reported by email within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the parcel and its contents. A parcel shown as delivered but not received is investigated with the carrier. If the damage or loss is confirmed, a new box is sent to you free of charge.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without giving any reason. You can do so via the Withdrawal page, by email to stephane [arobase] dumoiausoi [point] com, or using the model form below. You then have 14 days to return the product. Before any return, please contact us by email: the return address will be sent to you in reply.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense.
- The refund, including standard delivery costs, is made within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the payment method used. It may be withheld until the product, or proof of its return, has been received.
- You may open the packaging to examine the product. If the cards or booklet show signs of use or damage, an amount corresponding to the observed loss of value may be deducted from the refund.
Model withdrawal form (to be sent by email): “I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following good: Tajallī – L’Origine, ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: […]. Address: […]. Date: […].”
8. Legal guarantee
The product benefits from the two-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by Belgian law. It covers defects present at delivery, such as a missing card or a printing defect. In case of a defect, write to stephane [arobase] dumoiausoi [point] com.
9. Personal data
The data needed for your order is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
10. Disputes
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of difficulty, please first write to stephane [arobase] dumoiausoi [point] com so that we can look for a solution. Failing that, you may contact the Consumer Mediation Service free of charge (consumerombudsman.be).
